As a note, the recycling dates are listed on the calendar.  Garbage pickup for the entire Town is the same as the recycling dates.  Please check out the Recycling Center for additional information.

Voting Information
2023 Elections

  • February 21st - Spring Primary
  • April 4th - Spring General Election

The polls open at 7:00am and close at 8:00pm. Please note - PHOTO ID is required. Please check the calendar for dates and times when absentee voting begins and ends.

The State of Wisconsin has a website that residents can use to check their registration status, see what their ballot looks like for each election and has forms to register and/or apply for an absentee ballot for elections. This website is very helpful, especially for voters in the military or permanently overseas. You can find this website at https://myvote.wi.gov/.

Dog Licences

All dogs in the Town of Rantoul shall be licensed and have all required vaccinations.  Please have your dog vaccinated before applying for a license.  Charges for licenses are $3.00 for spayed or neutered, and $8.00 for others.  A late fee of $5.00 shall be assessed to the owner of each dog 5 months of age or older who fails to obtain a license by April 1st. Licenses are issued by the Town Treasurer, Connie Loose.  Please have your proof of vaccination with you when applying for this license.  Sending the dog license fees along with your property tax payments would be appreciated.  NOTE:  If a person neglects to pay a dog fee on his dog, his claim for dog damage will not be paid.
